Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in Occupational Risk Management. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 20 hours/week \- TO BE DETERMINED **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **What the Occupational Physician at SESI\-SP will do:** Ensure the comprehensive health of workers, prevent occupational risks, promote safe working environments, and contribute to quality of life in the workplace, in accordance with health regulations, labor laws, and ethical principles. **\*\*\*\*\* Applications accepted until April 27, 2026 \*\*\*\*\*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Medicine with Specialist Qualification Certificate in Occupational Medicine. * Professional Registration: Regional Medical Council (CRM) and preferably Specialist Qualification Registration (RQE). Proof of academic qualification will be provided by presenting the RQE issued by the CRM or a certificate issued by ANAMT and AMB (Brazilian Medical Association) attesting to Specialist Title in Occupational Medicine. * Experience in Occupational Medicine. * Availability for travel. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU DAILY** * Develop and manage the Occupational Health Surveillance Program (PCMSO), including its annual report, adhering to scheduled timelines, periodicity, and current legislation. * Ensure company compliance with regulatory standards and legislation related to occupational health, supporting the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures. * Implement and manage worker health policies at both individual and collective levels, considering integrated management of Health, Occupational Safety, and Environment (SSA), vulnerability situations, and diversity, while promoting social inclusion. * Collaborate with the occupational safety and multidisciplinary team in Occupational Risk Management (GRO) to implement and comply with regulatory standards from the Ministry of Labor and Employment and the Ministry of Health, prioritizing public health, prevention, health promotion, and quality of life. * Prepare medical and technical reports for workers, judicial proceedings, social security evaluations, employers, media briefings, among others, using appropriate language while safeguarding ethical considerations and current legislation. * Draft medical documents, protocols, and occupational medical evaluation questionnaires, recording them in systems or legally valid formats, ensuring confidentiality and proper storage per ethical principles, applicable legislation, and required retention periods. * Coordinate immediate medical assistance and appropriate procedures in cases of medical emergencies, work-related accidents, or occupational illnesses, collaborating in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. * Define therapeutic conduct, monitoring and evaluating needs for improvements, adjustments, rehabilitation, and work leave, and notify relevant oversight and regulatory departments. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities, workplaces, and contracted health service providers, assessing hygiene conditions and advising on correction of identified deficiencies. * Participate in health committees, coordinating with accredited clinics and health plan operators to plan health promotion strategies and reduce financial costs and claims resulting from accidents, absences, or occupational diseases. * Conduct and/or participate in absenteeism and presenteeism studies, as well as worker health profiling, aiming to develop strategies for integrated occupational health management. * Plan and implement comprehensive health campaigns, protocols, and guidance to promote, prevent, and treat health issues according to departmental needs and agreed-upon guidelines. * Serve as the Technical Responsible (RT) for companies before regulatory agencies and represent them in matters related to occupational health. * Maintain contact with regulatory agencies, interpreting and complying with norms and regulations, aligning with government agencies, and advising internal departments and managers for implementation and compliance. * Participate in managing health supplies and medications to be acquired, stored, and disposed of by the company, supervising the selection, provision, and appropriate use of PPE by workers. * Support relevant departments and management with epidemiological data on the population, comprehensive health status of individuals, the PCMSO, and planned actions with their established schedules. * Implement initiatives providing guidance to company personnel on healthy practices, ergonomics, prevention of occupational diseases, promotion of healthy lifestyles, and maintenance of best practices to avoid health deterioration and reduced work capacity. * Plan and conduct health-related courses or training sessions to build capacity among the multidisciplinary team and departments, providing bibliographic references and supporting materials. * Perform occupational medical examinations, health assessments, and monitoring of indicators related to worker health. * Map and assess groups, needs, and health risks present in the workplace, including exposure to chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic, and psychosocial agents, aiming to define priority-based interventions aligned with legislation. * Develop and implement strategic projects for the area, aligned with organizational goals. * Comply with organizational policies and standards, ensuring professional conduct conforms to all applicable rules. * Promote knowledge dissemination and documentation, guiding other colleagues on topics within your area of expertise. * Identify and propose continuous process improvements, aiming for excellence in organizational outcomes. * Minimize risks in your area of responsibility, ensuring adoption of high-accuracy and high-safety standards and/or market benchmarks. * Participate in organizational trainings and capacity-building programs, preparing for increasingly complex challenges. * Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions. * Stay updated on latest trends and technological advancements relevant to the role. **Hard
