At our core, we foster a human-centered environment: passionate people driven by the purpose of improving quality of life and contributing to a healthier future. **Your day-to-day responsibilities...** * Providing nursing care, including pre-consultation assessments; * Assessing, treating, and managing emergency/urgent situations; * Recording exams—including periodic, admission, dismissal, and job-change exams—in the SOC tool; * Participating in and developing health-related campaigns; * Updating data and information in spreadsheets; * Recording and evaluating medical certificates; * Developing procedures and outpatient controls (e.g., checkups, equipment and medication checklists); Filing and retrieving medical dossiers. * **What will contribute to your success?** * Familiarity with administrative processes related to Occupational Medicine is desirable; * Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation; * Experience using the SOC system.
