Job Summary: An experienced professional in Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management to lead the SESMT, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize the company's occupational health practices. Implement health prevention and promotion programs Description: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Nursing, Social Work, or other related fields; * Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and management; * Proven experience in Occupational Medicine and SESMT management; * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation (Brazilian Regulatory Standards - NRs, especially NR\-7\); * Experience in conducting and managing occupational medical examinations and ASOs. We are seeking a professional with solid experience in Occupational Medicine and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the SESMT team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and optimizing the company's occupational health processes. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership ability, and excellent organizational skills. * Lead, guide, and manage the SESMT team (physicians, nurses, safety technicians, etc.); * Monitor work schedules, shift assignments, and team performance; * Plan, coordinate, and execute the occupational medical examination schedule (ASO \- Admission, Periodic, Termination, etc.); * Ensure accurate issuance and proper control of ASOs; * Implement and supervise worker health prevention and promotion programs; * Ensure all occupational health activities comply with current NRs (Regulatory Standards); * Maintain up-to-date and well-organized legal documentation and employee health records; * Use Excel at an advanced level for data control, generation of management reports, and monitoring of occupational health indicators. 2511060202271852670
