Ensure operational excellence of the food service unit. Implement and monitor nutritional programs as stipulated in the contract. Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and applicable legislation. Focus on customer satisfaction and unit performance. Monitor operational routines and key performance indicators, proposing improvements when necessary. Previous experience as a Diet Technician, Nutrition Consultant, Food Service Specialist, or Clinical Dietitian may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
