Job Summary: Nurse to work at a Specialized Rehabilitation Center, providing humanized care and managing multidisciplinary teams. Key Highlights: 1. Safe, humanized, and individualized nursing care. 2. Welcoming, qualification, and organization of user access to the service. 3. Supervision of teams and interface with the Health Care Network. Specialized Rehabilitation Centers (CERs) are facilities dedicated to specialized care for people with disabilities requiring rehabilitation, aiming to develop their physical and psychosocial potential. Diagnosis, assessment, guidance, and stimulation of users are the responsibility of the multidisciplinary team, composed of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Physicians, Psychologists, Social Workers, and Nurses. To ensure access for individuals whose disability affects mobility and accessibility to conventional transportation, the service provides adapted vehicles for transporting users. There are three CER categories — II, III, and IV — corresponding to the number of rehabilitation modalities offered (physical, intellectual and autism, visual, auditory). **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide safe, humanized, and individualized nursing care to patients. Welcome, qualify, and organize user access to the service and the network through nursing actions. Supervise work teams under one’s responsibility. Interface with the Health Care Network through access regulation to optimize resource utilization and promote comprehensive care. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Completed postgraduate program in one or more of the following areas: Emergency/Urgent Care (Emergency Department), Public Health, Health Management, or Multidisciplinary Health Residency. Active registration with the Professional Council.
