Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talent to join us as a **NURSE**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide ethical, safe, humanized, and individualized direct patient care. * Plan and organize nursing team activities according to care complexity and institutional protocols. * Supervise and guide nursing technicians and assistants in delivering patient care services. * Perform high-complexity procedures, such as wound dressings, catheterization, venipuncture, administration of specialized medications, among others. * Participate in developing and implementing the care plan and the Singular Therapeutic Project (where applicable). * Monitor vital signs, clinical progression, and adverse reactions, accurately documenting all information in the patient’s medical record. * Ensure proper use and hygiene of materials, equipment, and supplies. * Participate in healthcare-associated infection (HAI) prevention and control. * Participate in continuing education, training, and professional development programs for the team. * Perform and/or assist in urgent and emergency procedures. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote comprehensive, person-centered care. * Participate in institutional committees and groups, such as the Hospital Infection Control Service (SCIH), Ethics Committee, Patient Safety Committee, etc. * Comply with and uphold the technical, ethical, and legal standards of the profession, as well as institutional guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing. * Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). * Minimum of six months of verified work experience in the role, documented in the employment record book (CTPS). * Knowledge of SUS (Unified Health System) services. **Additional Information** * Workload: 180 hours per month * Salary: R$ 4\.225,32 \+ 308,40 (Hazard Pay) S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit, socially inclusive institution, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across Brazil.
