We are seeking a **Designer\-Videomaker** to creatively and strategically develop audiovisual content for institutional communication, marketing, and strengthening the Nordtech brand. This role will actively participate in creating corporate videos, campaigns, events, social media content, and internal projects—directly contributing to the brand’s positioning and connection with diverse audiences. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Capture images and audio; film institutional videos, commercials, testimonials, and social media content; * Technical operation: Operate filming equipment, configure lighting setups, and monitor audio capture during recordings; * Event coverage: Conduct full audiovisual documentation of corporate events and brand initiatives; * Live broadcast support: Provide technical assistance for live streaming and recording webinars or podcasts; * Editing and assembly: Edit content for various platforms (Reels, YouTube, TV), adapting language and format to each channel; * Technical finishing: Perform color grading, audio mixing, soundtrack integration, captioning, and insertion of visual identity elements; * Motion Design: Create intros, visual effects, and text animations to enhance productions; * Scriptwriting: Develop creative scripts and concepts for audiovisual demands; * Branding: Safeguard brand visual identity, ensuring videos comply with the company’s style guide and tone of voice; * Asset management: Organize and maintain image and video libraries (raw and edited) to optimize workflow; * Equipment maintenance: Ensure proper conservation, organization, and maintenance of camera, lighting, and audio kits. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred; Software Proficiency: * Adobe Premiere: Advanced editing, cuts, transitions, and workflow organization. * Adobe After Effects: Creating motion design compositions, text animations, intros, and visual effects. * Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator: Image retouching and preparation of vector artwork for animation. Image and Audio Capture: * Manual camera operation. * Mastery of studio and outdoor lighting techniques. * Technical audio capture and monitoring. Finishing and Language: * Color adjustment and technical correction. * Sound adjustments, soundtrack selection, and audio effect application.
