Daily routine organization and encouragement of participation in activities **Patient Monitoring** * Monitor patient behavior during daily routines * Ensure individual and collective safety * Observe signs of crisis, agitation, or emotional changes ? **Support to the Multidisciplinary Team** * Assist psychologists, nurses, and other professionals in therapeutic activities * Report any changes in the patient's condition to the team * Follow clinical guidelines and institutional protocols ? **Routine Organization** * Accompany patients during activities (meals, medication administration, therapies, leisure) * Encourage participation in scheduled activities * Assist in maintaining discipline and environmental organization ? **Desired Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Experience in healthcare or caregiving * Strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional stability **Preferred Qualifications** * Pre-Hospital Care (APH) training * Civil Firefighter certification * Training or experience in security
