**We are looking for someone to perform the following activities:** a) Design, deploy, and administer corporate monitoring platforms using Zabbix (or equivalent tools such as Nagios, Splunk, Prometheus \+ Grafana), defining metrics, dashboards, and proactive alerts. b) Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Argo CD, ensuring version control, automated testing, and continuous delivery across multiple environments. c) Architect, provision, and operate workloads on public cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), applying best practices for high availability, scalability, use of managed services (EC2/S3/Lambda, AKS/Functions, GKE/Cloud Functions), and cost optimization. d) Automate infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM Templates, standardizing environments, controlling changes, and enabling code reviews for infrastructure. e) Administer container clusters (Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman), including application deployment, network policies, autoscaling, and zero-downtime updates. f) Write scripts and services in Python, Java, Shell Script, or PowerShell for system integration, automation of operational routines, and IT operations support. g) Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to eliminate repetitive tasks and reduce user response time. h) Apply ITIL v4 and COBIT 2019 principles in incident, problem, change, and capacity management, ensuring alignment with SLAs and corporate governance. i) Integrate DevSecOps practices: image scanning, vulnerability analysis, identity/security controls, and data protection policies across all software lifecycle phases. j) Implement AI/ML solutions for observability and predictive analytics, leveraging metric and log data to anticipate failures and optimize performance. k) Document architectures, procedures, and runbooks, promoting knowledge transfer and compliance with audits and regulatory requirements. **What skills are required:** a) Must be of legal age; b) Diploma or certificate, duly registered, confirming completion of an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). c) Hold at least one of the following certifications: 1\) Zabbix Administrator or Zabbix Professional certification 2\) DevOps certification (e.g., GitLab Professional, GitHub Actions, Jenkins Certified Engineer) 3\) Cloud Computing certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) 4\) Automation or Orchestration certification (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform) d) Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven professional experience covering the following tools and knowledge areas: d.1\) Programming languages: Python, Java, Shell Script, PowerShell d.2\) Operating systems: Windows Server (2016\+), Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) d.3\) Support methodologies: ITIL v4, COBIT 2019 d.4\) Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana d.5\) Process automation: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) d.6\) Cloud Computing: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Azure (AKS, Functions), Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud Functions) d.7\) Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Podman d.8\) CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD d.9\) Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates d.10\) Application of AI and ML in infrastructure automation and predictive analytics d.11\) System security: data protection, vulnerability detection, DevSecOps practices Compensation: R$8\.755,19 \- R$8\.755,20 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
