Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive/corrective maintenance, ensuring quality and compliance with internal and external standards. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment. 2. Handles service orders and prioritizes maintenance tasks. 3. Works with hydraulic, electrical, painting, and mechanical systems. Bourbon Hospitalidade is seeking a Maintenance Agent to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia\-SP. This professional will be responsible for performing preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment and carrying out general emergency maintenance services, ensuring the execution of departmental activities according to established quality standards, compliance with internal and external procedures and regulations, as well as adherence to the general and human resources policies of Bourbon Hotéis \& Resorts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Travel to areas where a service order has been requested to coordinate the best day or time to perform the work. * Request materials related to sector activities from the warehouse and communicate them to the team. * Update maintenance control spreadsheets. * Receive, direct, and prioritize corrective and preventive maintenance service orders from departments. * Conduct tests on completed services and redo them if necessary. * Assist with assembly and disassembly tasks required in guest rooms. * Control and maintain an organized maintenance inventory. * Track and process incoming invoices and forward them to the respective departments. * Monitor boiler alarm signals, inspecting and repairing issues using appropriate instruments. * Perform maintenance on masonry, façades, roofs, gutters, drains, roofing, and site cleaning. * Wash and clean balconies, canopies, hoods, exhaust fans, grilles, lighting fixtures, and mosquito nets. * Repair hydraulic pumps, piping, and sanitary installations by locating defects and correcting\-them. * Prepare tool and equipment inventories for the area. * Carry out carpentry-related services. * Install and repair low-voltage electrical distribution networks and telephone lines. * Keep the machinery room clean and organized. * Assemble, disassemble, and replace parts of air conditioning units, cold rooms, refrigerated chambers, refrigerators, freezers, refrigerated display cases, ice machines, water coolers, and others. * Check fire alarm systems. * Verify expiration dates and functionality of fire extinguishers and hoses. * Respond to guest requests, performing emergency maintenance services in guest rooms. * Assemble, disassemble, or replace parts of air conditioning units, refrigerated chambers, refrigerators, freezers, refrigerated display cases, ice machines, water coolers, and others. * Clean filters, air conditioning panels, condensers, evaporators, and others. * Check voltage at equipment power outlets and verify their electrical wiring. * Test performed services, making necessary adjustments and modifications to ensure work quality. * Perform other duties related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: * General knowledge in Hydraulic, Electrical, Painting, and Mechanical fields. * NR10 and NR35 certifications SCHEDULE: To be agreed upon.
