Robomind is one of the largest companies in Brazil in the field of robotics and educational solutions, and currently has an opening for the position of Logistics Assistant. Main Responsibilities: Inspect returned kits, verifying the condition of parts and components Test electronic components and clean kits and parts Complete kits by replacing parts when necessary Separate and dispatch replenishment orders to schools Control inventory and update shipping and replenishment spreadsheets Generate shipping labels and dispatch packages via Correios (Brazilian Post) Query customer/school data in ERP system (Omie) Send tracking codes and monitor deliveries Organize kits, parts, and documents using spreadsheets, labels, and Google Drive Generate QR codes and forward them to recipients Create digital folders, generate PDFs, and organize order documentation Contact franchisees via WhatsApp and e\-mail to formalize information Support the team in order separation and organization Requirements: Organization and attention to detail Proficiency in inventory control and material inspection Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets Good communication skills and sense of responsibility Proactivity and agility Preferred: experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management Preferred: knowledge of ERP systems Benefits: Competitive fixed salary Bonus three times per year Health insurance Meal/food allowance On-site kitchen Uniform Transportation allowance Life insurance Gym partnership Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 1-hour break.
