**Responsibilities:**
* Perform basic maintenance on third-party systems (software), following pre-established guidelines.
* Support the development and maintenance of internal systems or solutions to meet specific departmental demands.
* Document developed or modified code, routines, and functionalities.
* Execute basic system and functionality tests, reporting identified defects.
* Implement small, previously specified functionalities.
* Provide user support (help desk) related to systems and software, following defined procedures.
* Support process improvement studies using technological resources, under guidance.
* Comply with coding standards, information security requirements, and IT department best practices.
