JUNIOR QUALITY ANALYST

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional for the position of Junior Quality Analyst. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in quality assurance and control within an innovative and collaborative work environment. As a Junior Quality Analyst, you will perform activities related to the **Integrated Quality Management System**, ensuring that **TB Group** operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and established benchmarks, with a focus on **continuous process improvement**, **customer satisfaction**, **environmental preservation**, and **worker health and safety**. This is a **cross-functional** position supporting all business units, with direct interaction with both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Monitor and follow up on Non-Conformities (NCs), proposing corrective and preventive actions. Conduct root cause investigations for quality deviations arising from customer complaints. Deliver training and onboarding sessions for new employees, covering topics related to Quality and the Integrated Management System (IMS). Develop, review, and control operational procedures and forms for the Quality Management System and the IMS. Support Operations and internal departments in fulfilling service contracts. Perform scheduled technical visits to customers, as directed by the Operations Management team. Conduct internal audits for Quality, Environment, Health and Safety, and support external audits (by customers, certification bodies, and ISO). Provide support and clarify doubts regarding IMS processes and forms. Manage and monitor change control processes, from initiation through implementation. Validate regulatory requirements with the IMS team and track implementation plans. Develop and monitor Quality area performance indicators (KPIs). Comply with regulations and procedures related to safety, occupational health, and the environment. Maintain and safeguard equipment and materials provided by the company.
