As a result, we rank among the best and largest logistics groups in the country and serve as a benchmark in the industry. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct recruitment processes and onboard new employees by introducing them to the company’s organizational culture, policies, regulations, code of conduct, work environment, and team. * Maintain departmental KPIs, identifying and proposing corrective and improvement actions; * Monitor the hiring and/or internal/external movement of candidates approved in recruitment processes; * Provide feedback on recruitment outcomes to all candidates. * Conduct employee exit interviews, updating KPIs and analyzing reasons to help identify turnover causes, thereby supporting improvements in recruitment processes and employee retention—and maintaining turnover at controlled levels; * Participate in the design and development of new initiatives or projects involving human elements, such as internal communications, conflict mediation, and organizational climate monitoring; * Provide matrix-based oversight of probationary period evaluations; * Monitor and maintain apprenticeship quotas. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Knowledge of HR subsystems: Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), and Performance Management; * Prior experience with Feedz and Gupy platforms is a plus. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance – UNIMED * Dental Insurance * Meal Voucher * On-site Restaurant * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Gympass Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
