Avenida Shopping and Office is a commercial center offering a variety of stores and services. The space is designed to meet both shopping and business needs. **Responsibilities:** Monitor common areas of the shopping center (hallways, parking lots, food courts, etc.). Conduct periodic patrols to identify potential irregularities. Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. Provide information and assist customers when necessary. Assist in emergency situations (e.g., lost children, medical emergencies). Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. Record incidents in the incident logbook or internal system.
