Joining our Healthcare team means becoming part of a diverse, inclusive, and flexible work culture with significant opportunities for personal development and professional growth worldwide. **Profile:** Senior EHS Analyst with solid experience in Occupational Safety. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in incident analysis and investigation. * Proficiency in Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Experience with root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc.). * Intermediate English (reading and writing). * Power BI knowledge (preferred). * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to data (a plus). * Analytical, organized profile with critical thinking and results orientation. * Strong communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, and ability to engage teams. * Prior experience in industrial settings. * Experience in continuous improvement projects and in fostering a prevention and safety culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct accident and incident investigations, identify root causes, and propose effective corrective actions. * Perform safety inspections and internal audits. * Monitor and analyze OSH performance indicators. * Prepare technical reports and action plans. * Support training programs and awareness campaigns. * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. **What We Offer:** We are curious minds from a wide range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
