Assistance in department organization and sample referral Phlebotomist Position Description: We are looking for a Phlebotomist to collect blood from patients, ensuring careful, safe, and organized service. Performs patient and sample registration and identification, prepares necessary materials, and maintains a clean and orderly environment. Provides guidance to patients before and during service, aiming to ensure comfort and tranquility. Also assists in department organization and sample referral for analysis. Responsibilities: * Perform blood and other bodily fluid collections, ensuring sample quality. * Strictly follow workplace safety and hygiene procedures. * Maintain control and records of collected samples and dispatch them for analysis. * Guide patients regarding the collection procedure. * Monitor and supervise the quality of materials and equipment used in collections. * Train new staff; when necessary, provide support for administrative and service tasks, including budget preparation and customer contact support. Requirements: * Experience in blood collection. * Knowledge of biosafety standards. * Ability to handle stressful situations and diverse patients. * Capacity to work in a team and follow established protocols.
