Financial Assistant

Description

We are seeking an analytical, organized, and proactive candidate. The person will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the unit, guaranteeing control over daily transactions, accuracy of records, and timeliness of payments. Key responsibilities: **Responsibilities:** * Daily cash control and bank reconciliations (PIX, credit, and debit); * Financial entries, accounts payable, and receivables forecasting; * Daily, monthly, and cash book closing; * Sending and verifying invoices to accounting; * Expense allocation between Medicine and Dentistry; * Support in payments to suppliers, service providers, and dentists; * Management of electronic timekeeping and medical certificates; * Support in payroll processing, hiring, dismissals, and benefits; * Registering employees in systems and platforms; * Administrative support and procurement of supplies; * Ensuring accuracy of financial information and communication with management. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in the finance sector; * Knowledge of cash control, payments, reconciliations, and financial spreadsheets; * Committed, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with financial goals and KPIs; * Proficiency in management systems and intermediate/advanced Excel; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with team members, suppliers, and service providers. **NOTE:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Benefits: VA (meal allowance) of BRL 28.00 per workday and VT (transportation allowance) * Commission upon achievement of targets * Gympass **Working hours:** Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) and alternate Saturdays (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Minimum education: Bachelor's degree * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Commission
