Customer interaction and management **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Scheduling, monitoring, supervision, and guidance of teams performing preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, civil, and air conditioning installations. Monitoring and analysis of team performance indicators with customer and management interaction. Monitoring and supervision of proper use of PPE, tools, equipment, and instrumentation. General knowledge of building infrastructure maintenance activities.
