As an Educational Pedagogical Advisor, your challenges will be: * Organize and monitor the teaching and learning process for the educational segment under your responsibility, ensuring reflection, engagement, and implementation of pedagogical and educational objectives; * Weekly monitor collective planning for teacher training, analysis, and professional development; * Support teacher development to improve teaching quality and enhance pedagogical activities; * Conduct individual meetings and provide feedback to teachers; * Provide pedagogical and educational support to high school students; * Analyze academic performance and implement appropriate interventions with students, teachers, and families; * Attend to students by mediating conflict situations and addressing learning difficulties to improve their development and performance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with a 2-hour break; once per week, you will conduct a pedagogical meeting during evening hours. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Medical Assistance, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Life Insurance, Dental Assistance **Required Qualifications:** Completed undergraduate degree in Education (Teacher Licensure); specialization courses in the field of Education; Knowledge of cognitive, psychological, and social development stages; Experience in the teaching-learning process, classroom management, and conflict mediation; Practical experience in analyzing results and developing action plans for improvement. **About the Company:** Founded in 1956 with the goal of promoting inclusion and social development, Fundação Bradesco provides free, high-quality education to thousands of people.
