If you are an **experienced developer**, enjoy **solving complex technical challenges**, and want to work in an environment of **high impact and growth**, we want to get to know you! **Responsibilities and attributes** **What you will do on a day-to-day basis:** * Define robust technical solutions and provide strategic support to the team. * Solve **high-complexity technical and business problems** autonomously. * Create **clear and comprehensive documentation** to ensure alignment and scalability. * Participate in strategic decisions and technical refinements, ensuring **code quality**. * Perform **detailed code reviews**, ensuring best practices and high standards. * Actively participate in **agile rituals** and the **resolution of technical impediments**. * Ensure compliance with **SLAs and deadlines** for demand delivery. * Perform **in-depth analyses** to identify and fix root causes of critical problems. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we are looking for:** **Experience \& Education:** **Completed degree** in technology fields (postgraduate degree is a plus). **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in Back\-End development. **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge of **.NET, SQL, MongoDB, and REST API**. Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, or similar). Familiarity with **Jira and agile methodologies**. **Differentiators:** Autonomy to decide on technologies and architectures. Access to courses and certifications for continuous development.
