Be the person who transforms the future of healthcare—\#VemSerDasa. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Technical Standardization: Establish and maintain rigorous development standards in Dataform and dbt, ensuring modular, version-controlled, and high-performance code. * Data Architecture: Develop and optimize data models in BigQuery and Snowflake, ensuring smooth transition and integrity of business rules across platforms. * Automation and DevOps: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (via Cloud Run or other orchestration tools) to guarantee secure and automated deployments. * Evangelism and Culture: Disseminate best practices of software engineering applied to data (DRY, testing, documentation) through internal training sessions and presentations. * Mentorship and Innovation: Act as a facilitator for the team, promoting an open environment for innovative ideas and conducting educational code reviews. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced SQL Proficiency: Deep professional experience in query optimization and dimensional modeling logic. * Experience with Dataform: Practical knowledge of the tool for data governance and transformation on Google Cloud. * Experience with BigQuery: Understanding of architecture, partitioning, and processing costs. * Software Engineering for Data: Proficiency in Git (Gitflow), data testing, and technical documentation. * Soft Skills: Clear communication ability to educate the team and present complex concepts in an accessible manner. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of dbt (Core or Cloud): Prior experience to support evaluation and implementation of the tool. * Experience with Snowflake: Knowledge of multi-cluster cloud data warehouse architecture. **Additional Information** It is by caring for our people that we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher; * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Performance-based bonus (PPR).
