Collaborative environment and professional development **Legal Controller – Representation for Claimants** We are looking for a **Legal Controller** to join our team, specializing in labor law representation for claimants. **Requirements** * Proven experience in labor law representation for claimants; * Experience in monitoring and scheduling procedural deadlines; * Experience reading and analyzing procedural publications; * Experience reading hearing minutes; * Knowledge of entering and verifying data in legal systems; * Familiarity with the **Astrea** system is desirable. **Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and excellent deadline management; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Sense of responsibility and commitment. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily review of procedural publications; * Scheduling and tracking of deadlines in the Astrea system; * Daily verification of procedural deadlines; * Monitoring and follow-up on petition filings; * Verification of compliance with mandatory deadlines; * Review of hearing minutes and entry of rulings and deadlines into the Astrea system; * Registration of new cases in the system; * Entering, updating, and verifying case-related information in the legal system. **We Offer** * A collaborative environment fostering continuous professional development; * Competitive compensation aligned with experience; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance – effective after probationary period; * CLT employment contract with full-time dedication.
