Description

Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hotel industry, is seeking a **Controller** for the **Central Park Hotel By Bourbon Cascavel**. This professional will be responsible for complying with internal and external regulations and procedures, as well as adhering to general policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze economic movements and the market in which the company operates, consolidating data to prepare performance reports for each department; * Identify improvement opportunities and propose corrective actions, contributing to continuous development with a focus on increasing profitability and earnings; * Evaluate and monitor operational cycles; * Be responsible for overseeing periodic inventory checks across business units; REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Knowledge of the Totvs\-CMNet operating system tailored for the hospitality industry; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools at intermediate to advanced level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different hierarchical levels; * Knowledge of cost and budget analysis, with capability to develop and monitor financial forecasts; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience in the hospitality industry; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controllership; * Familiarity with financial control and internal audit systems; * Experience in team management and development, fostering a collaborative work environment; WORK SCHEDULE: * Business hours (Monday to Friday \- 8 a.m. \- 6 p.m.). * Availability to occasionally work on weekends.
