Works under guidance from more experienced staff, performing operational tasks while ensuring warm, courteous, and efficient service to customers and visitors. Provides support during patient and family reception throughout their entire hospital stay (admission, inpatient period, and discharge), maintaining hygiene, nutrition, nursing standards, and organization of occupied spaces. Answers questions, provides guidance, and directs customers and the hospital regarding their requests and/or needs. Collects, analyzes, and generates satisfaction survey reports to continuously improve service quality and ensure patients’ experiences meet institutional standards—thereby promoting well-being, comfort, and peace of mind for customers. Responsibilities Conduct bed rounds to ensure hygiene, structural integrity, and organizational readiness for patient reception; Accompany, guide, and assist patients, family members, or others needing to move within hospital wards, per internal department requests; Inform patients and/or family members about outstanding financial matters or health insurance issues, acting as liaison between relevant internal departments; Record, address, and follow up on all complaints, suggestions, criticisms, and compliments received via all hospital service channels, serving as liaison between departments and customers; Issue service orders for equipment, devices, and/or facility maintenance; Convert data into actionable information through reports and controls for management, executive leadership, and related departments; Ensure return of equipment left at reception; deliver personal belongings to patient beds; maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of room environments. ###### **Requirements and Qualifications** Personal Presentation Good humor Dynamism Empathy Organization Promptness Proactivity Job Code: 99
