We seek a communicative, courteous, proactive professional with an excellent demeanor to directly serve patients and companions at a high-end clinic specializing in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Key responsibilities: **Reception and welcoming of patients and companions** Appointment confirmation and schedule organization **In-person and WhatsApp customer service** Supporting the patient experience within the clinic **Reception and environment organization** Serving coffee, water, and assisting with attention to details of the Amalfi experience Desired profile: **Strong communication skills and friendliness** Professional and discreet demeanor **Ease in public-facing roles** Organization and attention to detail **Interest in aesthetics, health, and premium service** Prior reception experience is a plus On-site work model — Jardins/SP Schedule:Monday to Friday: 11 AM to 8 PMSaturday: 9 AM to 1 PM Compensation: **Base salary: R$ 2\.500** Transportation allowance **Meal voucher** Performance-based variable pay/premiums Interested candidates may submit their resume with photo and social media profiles for review.
