Job Summary: A building maintenance professional responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, performing electrical and hydraulic repairs, painting tasks, and installation of accessories. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in building maintenance, including electrical and hydraulic repairs. 2. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. 3. Problem identification and resolution skills, as well as teamwork abilities. **Requirements:** High school diploma; Experience as a building maintenance assistant; Basic knowledge in electricity, hydraulics, and civil construction is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; Perform installations and electrical/hydraulic repairs, such as replacing outlets, light bulbs, and small equipment; replacing faucets; repairing minor leaks; unclogging pipes, among others; Address painting requirements across company facilities; Install and maintain accessories, such as bathroom support items, collective hygiene supplies (e.g., alcohol), and other auxiliary items supporting company areas. **Competencies:** Excellent problem identification and resolution skills; Owner mindset; Strong communication skills; Proactivity; Ability to work effectively in a team; Punctuality; Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Employment type: CLT permanent position Compensation: R$1\.680,00 \- R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Building Maintenance Assistant (Mandatory)
