Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and agile **Billing Assistant** to join our unit in São Vicente. You will be responsible for ensuring that all transportation-related fiscal documentation is issued accurately, preventing financial losses and guaranteeing the smooth operation of our logistics activities.
### **Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Fiscal Document Issuance:** Issue CT\-e and NFS swiftly, ensuring registration with SEFAZ and the required endorsement for vehicle release.
* **Data Analysis:** Review collection documentation, extract reports to anticipate document issuance, and verify correct application of commercial rate tables.
* **Process Management:** Monitor operational demand via Fretefy and promptly resolve incidents.
* **Financial Routines:** Issue ICMS payment slips (advance collection/DIFAL) and supplementary freight charges when additional costs arise.
* **Customer Support:** Provide support to clients and internal departments by sending documents and clarifying billing-related questions.
### **Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education.
* **Minimum 6 months of experience in the transportation sector.**
**Desirable (Preferred):**
* Undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
* One year or more of experience in the transportation industry.
