Maintaining an organized and clean workplace **We are hiring a Barista!** If you enjoy interacting with people and wish to join a welcoming, quality-focused team, this opportunity is for you! **Working hours:** 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with one weekly day off plus one Sunday per month. **Compensation and benefits:** * Salary: R$ 1\.800,00; * Commission; * Health insurance; * Free dental insurance; * Birthday voucher; * Commercial discounts and other additional benefits. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare coffee, hot beverages, and cold beverages according to company standards. * Grind and calibrate coffee to ensure beverage quality. * Provide friendly and excellent customer service. * Organize and keep the workplace, utensils, and equipment clean. * Monitor inventory levels of ingredients used in beverage preparation. * Follow hygiene, food safety, and good handling practices. * Support the cafeteria team in other related tasks as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a barista, cafeteria attendant, or in related fields is preferred. * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and customer service orientation. * Organization, agility, and responsibility. **Location:** Belo Horizonte \- MG Payment: R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
