The Store Assistant's mission is to prioritize the customer—both in sales and in the sales closing process—with full commitment to exceeding their needs and delivering effective, surprising solutions that foster delight. Delight customers during the sales process by providing timely assistance and support; Assist customers through the purchase completion process; Collect payments and perform cash register opening and closing; Offer financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; Process returns and exchanges; Perform daily restocking and department organization tasks; Assist in applying price tags and product codes to inventory; Provide exceptional fitting room service to enhance the shopping experience; Organize the sales floor and display windows according to merchandising standards; Encourage customers, upon exiting the store, to share feedback via the "Encantômetro"; Serve the general public High school diploma or equivalent; Passion for customer service; Availability to work on weekends; Interest in fashion; Proficiency with digital tools.
