Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and duties** Monitor data generated by warehouse clerks; Place purchase requests via Protheus system; Process NF\-e entries via Protheus and WGC systems (Pre\-note); Support warehouse clerks in loading and unloading materials; Perform and monitor internal distribution routes; Conduct data collection to supply other warehouses and/or administrative units; Register new items; Prepare and validate inventories in internal and/or external storages; Assess and solve issues in the WGC inventory system; Control and verify material transportation; Assist in guiding internal warehouse clerks and those from other units and laboratories. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma completed; Intermediate Excel skills; Plus: Knowledge of logistics systems such as SAP.
