Responsibilities and Duties * Support the preparation of the Income Statement (DRE), ensuring correct classification of revenues, costs, and expenses. * Perform accounting and financial reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Record and verify accounting entries according to the company’s chart of accounts. * Assist in the monthly accounting close, ensuring data integrity. * Analyze financial and accounting transactions to validate records. * Prepare managerial reports and financial statements to support decision-making. * Support the control and organization of accounting and financial documentation. * Provide support during internal and external audits, as required. * Maintain communication with Finance, Tax, and other departments to align accounting information. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, internal controls, and departmental routines. * Support Commercial and Budgeting teams in administrative and technical activities of the area. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Financial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in accounting, finance, or controller functions. * Knowledge of preparing and analyzing the Income Statement (DRE). * Knowledge of accounting and financial reconciliations. * Knowledge of accounting classification of revenues, costs, and expenses. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (tables, formulas, filters, and lookup functions). * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Organizational skills, proactivity, and commitment to deadlines. Desirable Requirements * Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS, Protheus, SAP, Omie, Sankhya, Domínio, or similar). * Experience in monthly accounting close. * Knowledge of financial indicators and managerial reporting. * Familiarity with cost centers and chart of accounts. * Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools. * Experience in engineering, construction, facilities, or service-providing companies. * Basic understanding of accounting and tax legislation applicable to departmental routines.
