Here at Ascenty, we are looking for an **Asset Management Analyst** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in technology/exact sciences, administration, quality, or logistics; * **Working Hours:** Administrative \- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Code:** AN.GDA **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the warehouse efficiently and systematically, ensuring availability and quality of materials required for company operations. * Generate KPIs and inventory tracking reports; create and maintain internal warehouse controls and processes. * Serve as the interface with internal customers to fulfill material requests and coordinate activities with external stakeholders. * Perform material receipt, storage, inspection, and quality verification, as well as invoice reconciliation against purchase orders. * Maintain up-to-date system information and issue invoices in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Ascenty’s logistics operations. **Previous Experience:** * Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); * ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred); * Governance system knowledge (ServiceNow preferred); * Knowledge of tax procedures (issuance and verification of fiscal invoices); * Experience managing performance indicators; * Preferred: Data center and IT/telecom equipment knowledge.
