The Apprenticeship Program offers young people the opportunity to develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge, focusing on administrative routines in the Marketing area. **During the program, apprentices will engage in activities such as supporting payment processes, controlling invoices, and organizing departmental tasks—contributing to their professional development and preparation for the job market.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Support in controlling and organizing documents and files; * Assistance in registering, verifying, and controlling **invoices**; * Support in monitoring **payments**, deadlines, and suppliers; * Support in controlling Marketing area financial spreadsheets; * Interface with departments such as Finance to align requirements; * Support in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives; general support for administrative routines in the area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Be aged between 16 and 24; * Currently enrolled in High School or Higher Education; * **This must be your first job;** * **Be available to work from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM — with a 1-hour lunch break;** * One day per week dedicated to in-person classes at the educational institution; * Interest in learning about Marketing and administrative/financial routines; **Additional information** Monthly Salary: R$ 954.00 Fixed Flexible Benefit: R$ 350.00 Transportation Voucher Star Bem Telemedicine Dental Plan – Porto Seguro Health Insurance (Amil) Discount on brand products Discount Club SESC Membership **Lofty Style** was the first brand launched.
