Contributing suggestions for system and automation enhancements A software company is seeking a Purchasing Analyst in Barueri. **Responsibilities:** Process Transportation Voucher orders (both manual and automated workflows) with service providers. Generate, track, and manage payment slips and payments with the finance department. Monitor daily recharge releases and proactively address potential failures. Maintain detailed controls in shared spreadsheets to ensure information traceability. Validate data and identify inconsistencies before they impact customers. Support the registration and maintenance of service providers and operational rules. Collaborate with service providers to resolve operational issues. Support the mapping, structuring, and improvement of internal processes. Contribute suggestions for system and automation enhancements. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
