Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for full contract management, from clause and proposal analysis to deadline and billing control, with focus on tax and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Contract management and analysis 2. Knowledge of contract legislation 3. Tax and fiscal analysis Management of contracts arising from public tenders, direct procurements, and headquarters contracts. Analysis of contractual clauses, proposals, and execution conditions. Control of deadlines, validity periods, billing, and contract execution. Tax and fiscal analysis: assessment of tax rates on invoices and classification in EFD\-REINF. Receipt of invoices, verification, and forwarding for payment. Issuance of service orders, provision of materials, and preparation of addenda. Publication of instruments/amendments and issuance of management reports. Conducting due diligence with suppliers and alignment meetings with internal departments. Knowledge of legislation related to contracts. Intermediate Excel/Office Suite. Experience with contract management systems (ERPs). Experience with contract management systems (ERPs). Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Law.
