**Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for account reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, and support during monthly and annual closings. Will also be responsible for controlling and accounting for fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and current legislation, as well as supporting audits and departmental requests. Perform reconciliation of accounting accounts, identifying and correcting any discrepancies, and prepare financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement (DRE), and other management reports. Execute and ensure the integrity of accounting statements, guaranteeing compliance with the chart of accounts, accounting standards (CPCs), and current legislation. Participate in monthly and annual accounting closing processes, ensuring all entries are correctly recorded. Control and account for fixed assets, including acquisition, transfer, monthly depreciation calculation, and disposal of assets. Support external audit activities and other department tasks. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. Desirable minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in medium to large-sized companies. Knowledge of payroll routines. Knowledge of accounting standards (CPCs). Analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proactivity and organization to manage deadlines and demands. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration).
