Job Summary: Specialized technical role focused on critical analysis, project management, KPI development, leadership support, and mentoring. Key Highlights: 1. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Specialized technical work: serve as a subject-matter expert in your area, with mastery of processes, standards, and tools. Critical analysis and resolution of complex problems: identify root causes, propose improvements, and support decision-making. Development and monitoring of KPIs: create reports, dashboards, and analyses to support managers. Project and process improvement management: lead initiatives related to optimization, automation, and compliance. Leadership support: act as a support resource for coordinators/managers, including covering for them during absences. Mentoring and training of colleagues: guide junior/mid-level analysts and share best practices. Internal and external stakeholder engagement: conduct alignment sessions, meetings, and negotiations with suppliers, clients, or regulatory bodies. Strategic and business-oriented mindset: assess financial, regulatory, and operational impacts of decisions.
