We look forward to building a WONDERFUL future together!!! * Attend daily meetings before and after service, where the Maître will share relevant information for the day. * Attend weekly departmental meetings. * Monitor permanent materials (dishes, linens, cutlery), equipment, and utensils within the sector and assume responsibility for them. * Assist waiters with mise-en-place in the dining area. * Prepare condiment sets and manage all restocking and replenishment of sideboards. * Clean materials, organize, and prepare the service station. * Prepare necessary setups to stock and replenish dining tables. * Conduct inventory counts and control all linens entering and exiting the laundry, completing the delivery note. * Notify the manager in case of damages or losses. * Monitor material stock levels for daily service requirements. * Ensure conservation and maintenance of equipment and materials in your sector. * When assigned to couvert duties, you will be responsible for sanitizing materials, refrigerator, workbench, floor, as well as preparing and preserving items according to kitchen-defined standards. * Check bread quality, produce toast, verify whether butter and pâté quantities are sufficient for the shift, and confirm proper labeling.
