Works collaboratively, with attention to processes, safety, and Casas Pedro's core values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and securely store merchandise in an organized manner; * Manage product inflow and outflow in the system; * Support restocking merchandise on the sales floor as needed by the store; * Participate in periodic inventory counts, contributing to inventory accuracy; * Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and organization of the warehouse and support areas; * Ensure proper handling of products, adhering to safety and quality standards; * Support the store team in operational activities, contributing to smooth store operations; * Demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit, among other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; * Prior warehouse experience, preferably in retail; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, agility, and commitment; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work weekends and holidays, as scheduled by the store. **Compensation + Benefits:** * Fixed salary + Monthly Bonus (based on goal achievement); * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Plan; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR); * Career Development Plan; * Welhurb; Every interaction is a new opportunity to delight and make a difference. **Join us!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
