Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Waiter to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia \- SP.

This professional will be responsible for attending to customers and supporting the F\&B area, ensuring all sector-specific activities are performed according to the company's established quality standards, complying with regulations and procedures, as well as adhering to Bourbon Hospitality's general policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare room service trays following the Company's standard, according to customer requests, and deliver them to guest rooms.
* Verify meal times for events, fulfilling requests as indicated in the work order.
* Set up and organize the event hall and other designated spaces upon request, maintaining the standards defined by both the company and the client.
* Deliver complimentary items to guest rooms upon request.
* Polish utensils, tableware, and cutlery using specific cleaning products.
* Prepare mise en place according to the Company's established standard.
* Escort customers to their tables courteously, following the Company's service standards.
* Reset tables after guests depart, replenishing tableware, cutlery, and linens while maintaining the Company's organizational standards.
* Receive and attend to customer requests, suggesting menu items to ensure high-quality service.
* Attend to customers attentively, accommodating special requests.
* Notify immediate supervisor of requests for dishes not available in the buffet or on the menu, for possible preparation.
* Fulfill customer orders before, during, and after meals, forwarding the order slip to the respective departments or responsible parties.
* Process the meal bill, verify it, and submit it to the customer upon request, awaiting the chosen payment method.
* Offer coffee, tea, or digestifs to customers at the conclusion of each meal.
* Set up coffee breaks according to the work order and the Company's established standard.
* Check beverage stock levels, refrigerators, wine cellars, and bars as needed, following the Company's established method.
* Remove and collect soiled tableware from floor-level pantries when necessary, delivering it for cleaning.
* Complete the Room Service control spreadsheet for each order request to maintain an activity history.
* Record daily consumption according to the work order.
* Store equipment, utensils, and food items according to the Company's established standard.
* Participate in weekly and monthly inventory counts.
* Organize waste disposal from bar and restaurant sales points, complying with national recycling regulations.
* Perform other duties related to this position.
