Job Summary: Customer service and courtesy, order taking, bill closing, and general support to restaurant operations while maintaining organization and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring a positive customer journey **Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently, ensuring a high-quality experience in line with the restaurant's established standards. * Receive and attend to customers courteously, accurately recording orders. * Support the team with daily dining room requirements. * Report any issues or specific customer requests to the direct supervisor. * Comply with the restaurant's food safety and service standards. * Maintain personal appearance, keeping the uniform clean and properly worn as per restaurant standards. * Ensure a positive customer journey throughout their time at the restaurant. * Close bills and collect payments from customers for their tables. * Assist with cleaning, hygiene, and organization of restaurant areas. * Complete assigned checklists to ensure standardization and activity control. * Perform inventory counts as required by the restaurant. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience as a waiter in bars and restaurants * Friendliness, attention to detail, agility, and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of customer service, wine service, or Italian cuisine; * Proactivity and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. **Important Details** * Salary: R$1750,68 \+ Average commission of R$1500,00 * Working Hours: 3:30 PM to 11:20 PM, including break * Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Transportation allowance and lunch at the restaurant * Life insurance, benefits plan (health, dental, leisure, etc.), discounts at affiliated venues for up to one companion.
