Ability to work in a team and under pressure Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Waiter for Rio Hotel BY Bourbon located in Campinas/SP. You will be responsible for serving customers and supporting the F\&B department, ensuring all department-related activities are carried out according to the company's established quality standards, complying with regulations and procedures, as well as adhering to the general policies of Bourbon Hotéis \& Resorts. Main Responsibilities: * Greet customers and present the menu; * Take orders and relay them to the kitchen; * Serve food and beverages to customers; * Check whether customers need assistance and remain available to serve them; * Maintain clean and organized tables; * Receive customer payments and issue fiscal receipts. Requirements: * Previous experience as a waiter is an advantage * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Basic computer knowledge (for issuing fiscal receipts) * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
