Attention to cleanliness and sanitation of the environment Job Description: * Provide order-taking service to customers in the restaurant and/or room service, present menus, record orders, and serve food and beverages; * Assist in organizing and replenishing self-service buffets; * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and restaurant equipment; * Deliver used utensils to washing areas; * Follow established service procedures and standards set by the unit, under the guidance of the Senior Waiter and leadership; * Perform tasks in accordance with established quality and service standards, under supervision of the Senior Waiter and area leadership; * Support the kitchen, when requested, in auxiliary activities such as delivering and washing utensils; * Mandatory participation in standard operating procedure training for the respective area, delivered via EAD, in-person, or as directed by management.
