This is only possible thanks to each member of our team. With this vision, we are seeking new talent for the role of Waiter/Waitress (Night Shift — 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM). Main Responsibilities: * Deliver customer service in accordance with the establishment’s established standards; * Set up and maintain dining tables in the restaurant, ensuring they remain clean and properly arranged; * Present the establishment’s offerings and record orders for service;Present the establishment’s offerings and record orders for service; * Collaborate constructively with other specialists and the kitchen department to ensure service quality; * Provide consultative customer support aimed at increasing the establishment’s average ticket in alignment with the day’s defined strategy; * Promote and publicize the establishment’s services and events; * Conduct thorough quality inspections of products and implement corrective measures when necessary to prevent customer dissatisfaction; * Administer customer satisfaction surveys.
