Job Description: * Greet and serve customers courteously. * Take orders and accurately relay them to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages according to house standards. * Set up, organize, and prepare tables before, during, and after service. * Maintain a clean, organized dining area with timely restocking of supplies. * Verify order tickets and assist with bill closing. * Ensure customers enjoy a pleasant experience from start to finish. * Collaborate effectively with bar staff, kitchen staff, and other team members. **Requirements** * Experience in this role or in customer service (preferred). * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor. * Agility, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
