Ensure a pleasant customer experience from start to finish Job Description: * Greet and serve customers cordially. * Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages according to house standards. * Set up, organize, and clear tables before, during, and after service. * Keep the dining area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies. * Verify checks and assist with closing accounts. * Ensure customers enjoy a pleasant experience from start to finish. * Collaborate with the bar, kitchen, and other staff members as a team. **Requirements** * Prior experience in this role or in customer service (preferred). * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor. * Agility, organizational ability, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments. * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
