**Description:** * Prepare juices, drinks, and various beverages according to technical specifications; * Serve prepared and ready-to-serve beverages; * Sort beverages according to received orders; * Organize inventory and received products in accordance with regulations; * Portion fruits and items for juice and other beverage production; * Responsible for mise\-en\-place in their assigned area; * Complete opening and closing checklists for the area; * Serve various menu items alongside beverages; * Be familiar with the menu, ingredients used in production, and their respective preparation times; * Serve food and beverages, provide information, take orders, and perform suggestive selling in accordance with daily briefings; * Set up and clean tables, collecting utensils used by customers. **Requirements:** * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as scheduled; * Must be over 18 years of age.
