Description

We are seeking a Video Editor with solid experience in social media and an educator profile. In addition to editing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, this professional will serve as a technical reference within the team, supporting other editors, clarifying doubts, and hosting editing-focused live sessions centered on practical learning. They will also support live broadcasts by assisting with the organization and technical management of virtual rooms. Key Responsibilities: - Edit short videos, live stream clips, podcasts, and interviews; - Host explanatory live sessions on using the CapCut platform for audiences unfamiliar with video editing; - Create content focused on engagement, retention, and viral potential; - Identify segments with high narrative impact and performance potential; - Insert strategic captions, visual effects, soundtracks, and graphic elements; - Adapt videos for different formats and platforms (9:16, 16:9, 1:1); - Guide beginner editors, explain processes, and standardize editing workflows; - Conduct live editing sessions in real time for educational purposes; - Assist in live broadcast operations, including: - Creating Google Meet room links; - Organizing and managing virtual rooms; - Providing operational support during broadcasts; - Performing basic mobile phone recordings when necessary (fixed phone, static framing, "static camera" or discreet style). Requirements: - Proven experience editing video content for social media; - Proficiency in tools such as Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar; - Strong understanding of storytelling applied to short-form videos; - Didactic, patient, and communicative personality; - Organized, agile, and detail-oriented; - Ability to handle both creative and operational tasks. Desirable: - Experience with podcasts and long-form content; - Experience as a mentor, instructor, or technical leader; - Strong ability to communicate via video and host live sessions; - Experience with basic mobile phone recording.
