What we offer (Compensation and Benefits) * **Compensation:** 100% commission-based (3.5% commission on your individual sales — (*an excellent opportunity with the best market margin)* * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 15.00 per workday. * **Transportation Allowance:** Up to 4 rides per day. * **Holiday Work Compensation:** BRL 70.00 (paid via payroll) if you need to work on holidays. * **Special Bonus:** BRL 70.00 in Makeup Voucher (every 2 months) to refresh your look! **Work Schedule and Rotating Shifts** We seek flexibility and organization so that everyone can work well as a team.
